passive voice, знать формулу, способы перевода, случаи употребления
Passive voice is used:
1. If the action is more important than the agent
2. If the agent is not known.
Passive voice is formed with the verb
to be + the past participle (verb3)
Варианты перевода пассивного залога
- С использованием краткой формы причастия страдательного залога, то есть
Музей «был построен».
- С использованием глагола, который оканчивается на -сь или -ся, то есть
«The museum is being built» — «Музей строится».
- С использованием неопределенно-личного предложения (в отсутствие производителя действия), то есть
«They were chosen to built a museum» —
«Их выбрали для строительства музея
